Meet the board!

2024-2025 PTO Executive board

The Culbertson PTO Boards is made up of a group of student parents dedicated to the education and experiences of our children. The committee is open to all Culbertson Parents, Guardians and Culbertson Staff. We encourage and welcome everyone’s participation. There are many ways to be involved in the PTO, and we are always seeking new volunteers. Join us today!

We are pleased to have the below board members for this school year.

Matt Godfrey

PTO President

Matt has lived in Newtown Square with his family for the past 9 years. He has a second grader at Culbertson this year and has been involved with the PTO since she started kindergarten two years ago. Matt is a commercial photographer and writer in his professional life. He’s excited to work with such a dedicated board and community members to make this year a lot of fun!

Samantha Eckels

PTO Vice President

Samantha has lived in Newtown Square with her fiance Nick, 3 kids, Bernese Mountain dog Rees and Siamese cat Vaeda for 4 years. She has a rising 1st grader at Culbertson, a 4th grader at Culbertson and a 6th grader at Paxon Hollow. She spends most of her time coaching her daughters cheer team with MJT. Go Tigers! She is excited for all the fun things the PTO has planned and is excited to meet more families!

Katie Clinton

PTO Secretary

Katie and her family have lived in Newtown Square for 6 years. They have enjoyed getting to know their community and others in the area. Katie is a software product designer for a medical tech company. She and her husband have a rising 2nd grader at Culbertson and a 3 year old at NSPC Preschool. Katie is looking forward to meeting more faces and planning exciting events for the school year!

Natalia Marcum

Social Media Manager

Natalia and her husband, Lucas, relocated to Newtown Square from Arizona in 2017. They have 2 children, a second grader at Culbertson and a pre Kindergartener at Newtown Square Presbyterian. Her favorite PTO activity is the Sweet Treat Social and Pizza Bingo. Natalia has enjoyed volunteering as room parent the last two years and is looking forward to serving on the PTO this year and getting to know more of the Culby Community!

Laura Natal

PTO Co-Treasurer

Laura moved to Newtown Square with her family 10 years ago, where she currently lives with her husband, Matt, three high energy boys in 5th grade, 1st grade and pre-school, au pair Pietra, and their dog, Coco. Laura is a chemical engineer working in a Supply Chain information management role for a large healthcare company. While they have lived in the area for quite a while, they are new to the Culbertson community as they just transferred last year from one of the local, private schools. They are excited to get to know everyone!

Jenn Natale

PTO Co-Treasurer

Jenn has lived in Newtown Square with her husband, Jason, three daughters, and two dogs, Piper and Tigre, for 9 years. She works for Omlie Consulting, which focuses on building transformative strategies and trusting teams with its healthcare and life sciences clients. She has a 7th grader at Paxon, a 5th grader at Culbertson, and a Kindergartener at Episcopal Academy. After serving as President of the Culbertson PTO for the past two years, Jenn is looking forward to continuing to support the Executive Board as Co-Treasurer.
